shipping and delivery

all orders are shipped from my pink studio in the UK, packed by me! 

i regularly update the website banner with my current processing times, during busy periods times will get longer. in general, i aim to have your order on your way to you within 8 business days. 

uk orders:

all orders from the uk will be sent either by Royal Mail Tracked 48 or smaller orders will be sent 1st Class.

international orders:

due to new GPSR laws, i'm currently unable to ship to countries within the EU :( i'm hoping this is only temporary!

outside of the EU, all orders are sent with tracking but can still take up to 3 weeks to arrive. you'll receive a tracking link with your despatch email, but if it goes missing please send me an email and i can send it over! shipping times are out of my control, so please check for any delays with your provider if you need it by a certain date. 

please note that if ordering internationally, you will be responsible for any customs or import fees once the parcel has arrived in your country!
